In May 2019, two more SAI PMF reports were made publicly available, demonstrating the commitment of SAIs to act as model institutions with regard to transparency and accountability.
The Office of Public Auditor of Guam carried out the assessment in the context of the IDI/PASAI SAI PMF facilitated programme. The assessment was done using a hybrid approach, with a team comprising of peers from SAI Marshall Islands and the PASAI Secretariat. The SAI PMF findings fed into the development of the new OPA Strategic Plan, prepared under the Strategy, Performance Measurement and Reporting (SPMR initiative). You can read the report here.
The Columbian Contraloria General de Estado is the first SAI to make publicly available its repeat assessment. The report was prepared by a team of external consultants from the OLACEFS region and was funded by the Inter-American Development Bank. The report demonstrates that significant progress has been made on the weaknesses established in the first SAI PMF assessment that SAI Colombia did back in 2015. You can read the report pdf here (1.48 MB) .
